Hilltop Resort Fukuoka

Everything is wonderful from check in to check out and dining. 5 of the 6 staff members we interacted with were incredibly friendly! Above and beyond kind! The onsen and sauna was nice too and the breakfast totally worth it. I also had assistance from the hotel arranging cake and flowers.

We had such an amazing time at the Hilltop Resort Fukuoka. The staff were accommodating and friendly and the room we had was amazing with a beautiful view of Fukuoka skyline. The rooms and hotel were very clean and there were onsite restaurants that you could book to eat at including an Italian and a Japanese sushi restaurant. We had a meal at the Japanese restaurant which was amazing, all freshly prepared and made in front of you. There was a bit of a language barrier however all staff were accommodating and we used translate apps when needed.

It was great being in a tranquil neighborhood, on a hill, with the option of taking a shuttle into town. There’s not much to do right outside the hotel, but the views are more than worth it. The staff are extremely sweet and helpful.

We rent a car during Fukuoka, so the free parking was a plus. Late check in & out was great since we arrive late by plane. The room size is good for the price, didn’t try out the public bath since I got tattoos.

Wonderful view, spacious Japanese suite, very helpful staff who helped to find another room for my parents when the previous room was too small for 2. The onsen was great too.
